The individual and group lessons are adapted to the level of each one, perfect to obtain a good result.
This course is done with a lot of attention and seriousness, the graduate and experienced teacher will have you fill out a questionnaire informing your health profile and your personal goals; this allows you to follow you and "concoct" an à la carte Pilates menu.
Group lessons "in limited number" allow the teacher to see the students well and take the time to observe each participant and correct them.
To follow your course comfortably, prepare a small space especially for you, well lit, if possible with the same lighting for each lesson because this allows the teacher to correct you better. If you don't have a pilates mat, never mind! The old "Persian" carpet will do the trick! A webcam giving a good picture and a good sound and voila ... it's not complicated ... we are here to help you make it happen ...

(your lesson takes place for one hour in complete safety in a bright and calm room , all barrier measures respected, during group lessons; the room is ventilated for at least 15 minutes and disinfected before and after each lesson ).

- It is preferable to come directly in sports clothes, and recommended to come with your mask and your floor mat. Once in the room you take your seat (take off your mask) and follow your lesson quietly . Only the teacher keeps the mask during the lessons.

Due to the particular period we are currently experiencing due to covid 19, our prices have undergone a small increase to meet the requirements and health rules imposed by the Ministry of Sports and on the recommendations of the High Council of Health. This is for the health and safety of the students and the teacher. And to help keep the courses in better conditions, a membership fee of € 15 is requested per year. This also includes insurance ( payable in one go at the time of registration).
Rules of procedure

The courses are followed regularly. A course not taken is lost.
