WHAT IS THE COMBO?

T his activity is "effective" Pilates, but it differs because its purpose is to act specifically on joint and muscle tension (as pain) giving back gradually "amplitude" decompressing joints.

COMBO is done "gently" with attention. Our muscles relax, accept to soften. Our “fascias” (connective tissues which cover, intertwine, envelop our muscles and our organs) regenerate and regain their roles.

COMBO particularly develops the different breaths that allow you to be in good health.

Who says "breathing" also says "relaxation" ...

COMBO

I teach the "Combo", I call it that because it is a combination of "know how" and my "two cents"; a course which brings together effective techniques mixed with my personal experience of the Movement.
